"Sugar and spice, and everything nice...that's what little girls are made of."

I had the most fun working with little Ms. Katie yesterday.  She was so sweet and just too precious in her little white dress.  Her parents claim that she never sits still, and I was able to believe that by the end of our session (haha), but her initial shyness allowed for some perfectly angelic shots at the beginning. 

I always try to get several 'up-close-and-looking' shots that everyone needs to have--but I also love just sitting back and capturing whatever the child wants to do.  Those are the pictures that really show personality and will bring back smiles even years from now.  Running, skipping, and even splashing in puddles--those are great moments and deserve to be captured just like the pretty smiling face moments too.
